Center for School Improvement to Help Illinois State Schools

The state’s lowest-performing schools will get help from a new entity focused on improving the performance of the state’s disadvantaged students. The  Center for School Improvement is financed by a $10 million federal grant and run by the non-profit American Institutes for Research. http://www.isbe.state.il.us/news/2012/oct3.htm
